Job Description ## We are TomFit, an AI-native company for physical health. We are building our own training machine and studios and scaling from Zürich. We combine a new type of strength training machine, the TomBot, with a software platform and AI, so that people can create, perform, and monitor personal training that truly adapts to them and their needs. Deeply integrated diagnostics allow us to tailor exercises specifically to the user - for highly effective and efficient training. As a small, multidisciplinary team of 25 people from engineering, product, and operations, we currently operate three hubs with more than a dozen deployed machines. We pursue a pragmatic, dynamic, and fast approach to building and scaling an AI-native health company. Hardware, software, and intelligence in one product. The hardware exists. The platform exists. Now we want to further develop the intelligence to create an experience that people love. We are not looking for a classic therapy professional, but a physiotherapist who helps build - the member experience, remote coaching, and our training programs. YOUR ROLE 1. Member care You conduct onboardings, BodyTruth checks, and health-oriented training, correct movements, explain results, and help members to become safely stronger, more stable, and more resilient. 2. Help build remote coaching You help shape our digital training support: processes, conversation guides, quality criteria - and conduct the first remote coaching sessions. 3. Help develop programs You contribute your physiotherapeutic expertise to our programs: back, knees, posture, bone load capacity, rehabilitation, and longevity. WHAT YOU BRING • Completed training as a physiotherapist • Sound understanding of biomechanics and health-oriented strength training • Joy in working with people - service-oriented and at eye level • Desire for digital tools, new training systems, and rapid development • Pragmatic, co-creative attitude: You want to help build scalable health training - not just offer classic therapy • Fluent German and English WHY TOMFIT • Real product: real members, real machines, and measurable results • A team that rethinks health training with diagnostics, technology, and coaching • Room for design instead of finished processes - you shape how support and coaching work at TomFit • Location Zürich, with short distances and fast decisions YOUR APPLICATION Instead of a long cover letter: Send us a short video (4-5 min, a mobile phone is sufficient) in which you answer these 5 questions: 1. Tell us briefly about your path as a physiotherapist - and what attracts you to help build a new health training instead of just providing care. 2. What are you particularly good at professionally? Name a concrete example with a real result. 3. What do you enjoy less or don't like doing as much - and what are you currently working on? 4. Describe a situation in which you helped someone to become noticeably stronger, more stable, or pain-free. What exactly did you do? 5. If we speak with your former supervisors: What would they name as your greatest strengths - and where would they say you can still develop? Send us the video together with your CV to: Julian.Massler@tom.fit Your employer ### TomFit Hubs AG TomFit makes physical health measurable and trainable. In our studio in Zürich, we combine our own training machine, BodyTruth diagnostics, and AI-supported coaching into a new health training - for strength, stability, back, knees, posture, and longevity. Instead of classic therapy or anonymous fitness, we focus on measurable results: We show people their actual strength values, uncover imbalances, and specifically accompany them in becoming stronger, more stable, and more resilient. We are a team that rethinks health training - with real members, real machines, and the ambition to build a scalable health offering from it.
