Job Description ## We are TomFit, an AI-native company for physical health. We are building our own training machine and studios and scaling from Zürich. We combine a new type of strength training machine, the TomBot, with a software platform and AI, so that people can create, perform, and monitor personal training that truly adapts to them and their needs. Deeply integrated diagnostics allow us to tailor exercises specifically to the user - for highly effective and efficient training. As a small, multidisciplinary team of 25 people from engineering, product, and operations, we currently operate three hubs with more than a dozen deployed machines. We pursue a pragmatic, dynamic, and fast approach to building and scaling an AI-native health company. Hardware, software, and intelligence in one product. The hardware exists. The platform exists. Now we want to further develop the intelligence to create an experience that people love. We are not looking for a classic therapy professional, but a physiotherapist who helps build - the member experience, remote coaching, and our training programs. YOUR ROLE 1. Member care You conduct onboardings, BodyTruth checks, and health-oriented training, correct movements, explain results, and help members to become safely stronger, more stable, and more resilient. 2. Help build remote coaching You help shape our digital training support: processes, conversation guides, quality criteria - and conduct the first remote coaching sessions. 3. Help develop programs You contribute your physiotherapeutic expertise to our programs: back, knees, posture, bone load capacity, rehabilitation, and longevity.
