Field of action • Responsibility for the entire monthly payroll processing - from preparation to follow-up • Processing of social insurance, withholding tax and year-end declarations • Care of entries and exits as well as maintenance of all mutations • Processing of accident and illness cases in cooperation with insurance companies and authorities • Control and maintenance of time management and absence data • Contact person for employees and managers with questions about payroll and social insurance • Participation in the optimization and further development of national and international HR and payroll processes • Creation of statistics, evaluations and reports Requirements • Commercial basic training with further education in the HR, payroll or social insurance sector • Experience in Swiss payroll processing • Knowledge of social insurance, labor and salary law • Secure handling of ERP/payroll systems, ideally Abacus • Interest in international payroll processes as well as cooperation with external trust partners • Stylistically confident German in word and writing; good English and French skills • Very good MS Office user skills • Team-oriented, resilient and reliable personality Advantages of the position • Responsible and versatile activity with scope for design • Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths • Collegial team that supports and shares knowledge with each other • Support for further training and development opportunities • Modern working conditions in a successful Swiss family business • Free parking, good public transport connections and catering options on site
