As part of succession planning, we are looking for an engaged personality as Head of Finance 80-100 % starting immediately or by arrangement. In this key position, you will take responsibility for financial management and drive the further development of lean processes. Together with your small team, you will ensure transparency, reliable decision-making bases, and future-oriented financial management. You will ensure liquidity, guarantee meaningful reporting, and be responsible for budgeting, forecasts, cost control, as well as quarterly and annual financial statements. In doing so, you will ensure an efficient flow of information to internal and external stakeholders. For this versatile task, you bring higher education in finance and accounting (federal diploma, Bachelor, expert, or comparable) as well as several years of experience in financial accounting, controlling, and budgeting. You possess closing certainty according to Swiss GAAP FER and are proficient in using ERP systems, ideally Abacus. You have very good German or French skills as well as good oral knowledge of the respective other national language; good English skills round off your language profile. Furthermore, you convince through leadership competence, analytical thinking, a strong service orientation, and the ability to implement changes in a goal-oriented and pragmatic manner. As a reliable, communicative, and proactive personality, you work in a structured way, enjoy taking responsibility, and know how to involve different stakeholders and win them over for common solutions.
