Socio-educational Assistant At the Maison de Vie DEFI in Boudry - Dispositif Éducatif à Forte Intensité, each day is built on attention, coherence, and presence. We support adults and minors presenting autism spectrum disorders, psychic or physical disorders, with DEFI behaviors – situations that require a stable framework, a fine approach, and a great capacity for adaptation. For our Altaï home located in Boudry and our future Aneto home in Lignières, we are looking for a: The Maison de Vie DEFI welcomes people presenting an intellectual deficiency with associated disorders and challenging behaviors that can be of variable intensity, sometimes marked, necessitating structured, secure, and constant supervision. These realities are fully part of daily life and require fine observation, regulation, and adjustment skills. But reducing La Maison de vie DEFI to these only situations would be incomplete. You also intervene in living spaces where individualized projects are built, where each person is considered an actor in their journey, with their aspirations, resources, and margins for evolution. Days thus alternate between intensive support and more open moments, social activities, shared life time, development of autonomy and participation. Your mission Accompany beneficiaries in all daily and social life activities. Collaborate closely with the socio-educational team and internal networks. Participate in the implementation and follow-up of the individualized educational project. Your profile CFC training as a Socio-educational Assistant. Desired experience with people presenting behavioral disorders. Constructive spirit, sense of observation, and creativity in action. Driving license mandatory.
