Your tasks <br /> • Functional and personnel leadership of a team of • 4 to 5 employees (project managers & designers) • Planning, project design, and realization of investment and optimization projects • Responsibility for budget planning and cost control within the assigned projects • Creation of technical specifications, functional specifications, and tender documents • Examination of offers as well as participation in the awarding of supply and service contracts • Management and supervision of assembly, conversion, and modernization work • Organization and coordination of commissioning as well as support for plant acceptance <br /> Your profile <br /> • Completed studies as a mechanical engineer FH, Bachelor/Master in mechanical engineering, or comparable technical training • Several years of professional and project management experience in an industrial environment, ideally of processes in the production industry • Several years of leadership experience • Solution-oriented, communicative, and team-oriented personality with a structured and independent way of working • Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing • Confident handling of common MS Office applications; knowledge of CAD, ERP, or project management tools is an advantage <br /> We offer We offer you a demanding and varied activity.
