Head of Day Structure At the Blinden- und Behindertenzentrum Bern – das «B» – 370 people work, about half of whom are in an adapted workplace. You lead and develop a dedicated team of around 18 employees, interns, and students. You ensure a diverse and needs-oriented range of services for internal and external participants. You further develop existing offers and implement new ideas. You promote self-determination, participation, and the individual resources of the participants. You plan and coordinate creative, musical, manual, and activating offers. You work closely with the residential groups, relatives, legal guardians, specialist centers, and other internal departments. You take responsibility for quality, processes, administration, and budget.
