Your main tasks: Personal, telephone, and written support of our tenants and other partners Preparation of commercial lease agreements, addenda, service charge adjustments, etc. Conducting viewings, acceptances, and handovers of rental properties Preparation and plausibility checks of service charge statements Checking and authorizing accounts payable invoices, credit notes, etc. Handling the dunning and debt collection process Your profile: Completed commercial vocational training Function-related further training as a Real Estate Property Manager with federal diploma (eidg.
