As a competence center for the care and support of elderly people and young adults, we accompany around 165 residents with professional competence, respect, and commitment. Under the aspect «ambulant before stationary», the Pflegezentrum Baar offers supportive day care for adult people with physical or cognitive impairments (including dementia, Parkinson's, or after a stroke). The day guests spend a nice day with varied activities and are strengthened in their abilities. Our small team of 5 is a vibrant community that works with passion and expertise to enrich the lives of our day guests. Professional and personal further education is actively supported. What to expect You accompany and care for our day guests with the goal of giving them a day with many beautiful moments. We care for up to 25 guests per day. You design and care for activation workshops tailored to the heterogeneous needs of our guests. You integrate and strengthen the abilities of our guests. Where necessary, you support the day guests with daily activities (transfers/toilet assistance, etc.). Administrative tasks, including care documentation and general preparatory and follow-up work, are also part of your tasks. You bring A completed training as a Health, Care or Activation Specialist and have experience in dealing with people with dementia. A quick grasp, a lot of empathy, humor, and the ability to quickly build relationships with people characterize you. The design of activating and caring offers is your strength, and you are happy to face the challenge of constantly changing, heterogeneous guest needs. Your very good German language skills (at least level B2) in word and writing, as well as your secure handling of IT, particularly in the field of documentation, round out your profile.
