Furthermore, we have a fencing department, an automatic irrigation sector and a landscaping design office. Today, approximately 250 employees are mainly dedicated to the design of green spaces. Many of them are specialists in landscape masonry, wood construction, fences, barriers and gates. Responsibilities Ensure project management and administration Ensure the organization and monitoring of construction sites Ensure the coordination and progress of works Handle the financial aspect in terms of down payment requests and invoicing Be able to meet deadlines and verify the quality of work provided during each construction site Profile You hold a foreman or ES technician diploma You have 5 years or more of recognized and successful experience in landscaping or civil engineering Your technical skills give you the necessary ease to dialogue with the different stakeholders You are able to solve the problems inherent to this activity You are rigorous, conscientious, responsible and have a good ability to resist stress You are proficient in IT, particularly the "Baubit" software You are able to manage several medium to large-scale construction sites simultaneously Advantages Friendly atmosphere and team spirit We attach great importance to you feeling good among us and within your team.
