Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% This is your contribution <br /> • Project responsibility for the subsequent recording of area and building data, including ensuring data quality and accuracy • Develop and review technical fundamentals, processes and organizational structures for digital transformation • Develop and communicate fundamentals and guidelines for data management, especially BIM • Responsibility for the coordination and implementation of BIM projects in close cooperation with the project teams <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree in architecture, civil engineering, building services engineering or a related field; experience or qualifications in the field of digitalization in construction • Cross-phase construction thinking and professional practice as a coordinator and mediator for digital modeling of buildings; sound knowledge of Swiss construction standards and guidelines as well as know-how in the field of Change Management • Winning appearance; competent in consulting, negotiation, communication and relationship management • Good knowledge of two official languages and English is an advantage <br /> In a nutshell Use your BIM experience to develop innovative solutions for the digital and sustainable transformation of the construction industry.
