In order to continue to grow successfully, we are looking for you, an independent, solution-oriented and flexible personality, in the function as Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning Process Excellence Specialist (100%) Your new job Support / deputy for the Head of Supply Chain as well as operational collaboration in all matters that arise along the supply chain. Contact person for the implementation of the Supply Chain Roadmap with links to Customer Service as well as Logistics Implementation of Order to Cash process improvements (Process Excellence), in cooperation with the Head of Customer Service as well as Head of Logistics, partly cross-location. This involving the various IT platforms which are in use (SAP, Transporeon, Salesforce, GIB-modules and others) Responsible for monitoring the progress of implemented changes or process adjustments Responsible for the regular creation of KPIs as well as analysis of OTC performance reportings, such as Complaints, OTIF, transport costs, freight forwarding evaluations etc. Creation of ad hoc special evaluations and identification of improvement measures which lead to a higher service level, efficiency or to competitive costs Organization and execution of projects and presentations in connection with the area of responsibility.
