FMH Psychiatrist 70 to 80% A reference for over 40 years in the outpatient treatment of addictions, the Fondation Phénix is a private non-profit institution, recognized as being in the public interest and supported by the Confederation as well as by the Canton of Geneva. Recognized for the quality of its services, the Foundation is also accredited by the ISFM as a postgraduate training establishment in addiction psychiatry and psychotherapy (category B), offering an environment of excellence for the development of clinical skills in this field. In order to strengthen our medical teams, we are looking for a FMH Psychiatrist 70 to 80% Your activity You will join an experienced medical team within an outpatient structure specializing in the management of addictions with and without substances. You will be required to: • ensure the psychiatric and psychotherapeutic follow-up of adult patients presenting addictive disorders, often associated with psychiatric comorbidities; • work within a multidisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, general practitioners, psychologist-psychotherapists, nurses, social workers, and medical assistants; • participate in weekly clinical colloquia and training activities; • contribute to the development of clinical projects according to your interests; • perform, according to your experience and wishes, psychiatric expert assessments; We offer • A varied clinical activity within a recognized institution in the field of addictions. • Close medical support and supervision by experienced FMH psychiatrists. • In-depth training in addiction psychiatry in an ISFM category B establishment. • Coverage of supervision costs and postgraduate training in accordance with the Foundation's training concept. • Flexible schedules promoting a good balance between professional and private life. • A stimulating, collaborative work environment centered on the quality of care. Your profile • FMH specialist physician in psychiatry and psychotherapy wishing to develop or deepen an activity in addiction psychiatry; • Excellent interpersonal skills and a marked interest in interdisciplinary work • Mastery of French at a minimum C1 level.
