Your responsibility in your region (Bern, Olten, Aargau): ### • Responsibility and leadership of integral mandates • Direct internal and external communication regarding the mandates according to the organization • Responsibility for organization, processes and service delivery in the integral mandates • Responsibility for the object budget according to the corresponding specifications • Leadership and motivation of the subordinate employees in the mandates • Conducting training for existing and new employees • Leadership of the on-call organization • Managing the IT tools used (CAFM, QM tools, etc.) • Compliance with and monitoring of legal regulations for the assigned objects • Energy management • Implementation of quality, safety and environmental controls as well as audits • Processing of projects and innovations in the customer mandates • Developing and implementing optimization measures in the customer mandates Your profile: ### • Education/further education in the field of Facility Management (FM), in building technology (FH, MAS), higher education in the field of hotel management (hotel management school) or similar areas • Education/further education in the technical field is an advantage • Proven leadership and specialist competence, in the service sector is an advantage • Experience in Facility Management, Facility Services or similar areas, in particular experience in healthcare is of great advantage • Good knowledge in the technical field • Independent, proactive and structured way of working and good analytical skills • Resilient personality who can set priorities correctly • Team-oriented personality with the ability to motivate • Professional and convincing appearance • Very good IT skills Business fluent communication in German (French and English are an advantage) Driver's license Cat.
