As a manager at ISS, you lead employees, you are the first point of contact for clients, and you ensure that our services are provided at the highest level of quality. You are responsible for quality assurance as well as costs and customer satisfaction. What awaits you ### • Coordination and supervision of cleaning teams • Execution of quality audits and implementation of corrective actions • Management and monitoring of cleaning-related projects • Regular contact with clients • Financial monitoring of the activity • Stock management, ordering cleaning material (equipment and consumables) and inventory management • Occasional night and weekend interventions What you bring ### • CFC as a facility/cleaning agent or an equivalent title • Proven experience in a similar position • Knowledge of the transport sector (bus, trains) is a plus • Experience in team management is indispensable • Proficiency in spoken and written French (minimum B2) • Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office) • Driver's license • Strong customer orientation • Autonomous and having a sense of responsibility • Good resistance to stress • Communication skills and ability to work in a team Ready for us?
