On behalf of the «Amt für Arbeitslosenversicherung» (AVA), actifutura gmbh in Interlaken and in Thun conducts two vocational integration programs with the focus of integrating persons without employment into the primary labor market through targeted resource promotion and individual support. As of 1 January 2027, we are opening the vocational integration program «BINplus» in Bern, in addition to the already existing labor integration offerings. For the establishment and management of the new vocational integration program «BINplus» in Bern, we are looking for the beginning of August or by arrangement an engaged Offer Management BINplus Bern incl. responsibility QM AVA (80 - 100 %) Your tasks • Leadership, planning and organization of the AMM «Berufliche Integration plus» according to the mandate of the Amt für Arbeitslosenversicherung of the Canton of Bern • Contact person for the Amt für Arbeitslosenversicherung and the Regional Employment Centers (RAV) as well as other partners • Deployment planning and coordination of the employees • Cooperation and communication with cross-sectional functions • Organization and objectives of continuing education as well as supervision • Planning, steering and financial management of the offering • Further development of the offerings within the framework of the service mandate • Collaboration in the development of concepts and submission of new offerings as well as project collaboration and responsibility • Member of the executive management • Responsibility for the quality management AVA in the BINplus Bern Mittelland program • Ensuring compliance with the fide requirements in the BINplus offering • Establishment of the new offering at the Bern location with recruitment of employees and co-design of the organizational framework conditions Your profile • Leadership and communication-strong personality with a confident appearance, pronounced organizational talent and networked thinking • Positive, motivating charisma as well as an appreciative, open attitude towards people from different social and cultural backgrounds • Completed, recognized in Switzerland professional or educational degree at tertiary level • At least five years of proven professional experience • Initial or continuing education in adult education with a federal diploma (FA) • At least three years of leadership experience • Proven experience in the labor integration of job seekers into the primary labor market • Experience in the support and integration of non-native speaking job seekers • Completed fide certificate «Sprachkursleiter/in im Integrationsbereich» or willingness to acquire this within the first year of employment • Analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong teamwork skills • Ability to structure a demanding field of activity professionally and temporally, to maintain an overview and to set priorities • Project experience and entrepreneurial thinking and acting We offer • An exciting, versatile and responsible task in a well-networked and dynamic organization • Opportunity to actively contribute as a member of the executive management, take on responsibility and help shape the future • Versatile and meaningful work with people • A motivated, competent and creative team • A culture characterized by openness, humor and flexibility • A modern workplace Further information about actifutura gmbh and the labor integration offerings can be found at www.actifutura.ch.
