Business Architect for IT Platform

Our small technology team, together with you, strengthens the strategic competence in cooperation with partners and providers at the level of IT technology. You will play an essential role in ensuring that planned technological developments on our IT platforms, such as core banking software finnova.neo, Modern Workplace, and Cloud solutions, are successfully implemented in the coming years. You will work close to strategic technology decisions and can actively help shape demanding IT topics.

Your main areas of activity:
Responsibility for technology and infrastructure services, especially the components Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace Services
Creating specifications and checking the configurations of complex and networked IT infrastructures and IT platforms
Checking the specifications and evaluations of infrastructure components for IT platforms in networked or inhomogeneous landscapes
Developing solution designs and technical concepts for new requirements and projects
Technical sparring partner for engineers, architects and specialists of our software suppliers and operating partners as well as for internal stakeholders such as project managers, business managers and analysts
Coordination and management of technical topics between internal and external stakeholders
Participation in projects surrounding Workplace, Microsoft 365, Intune, Cloud, Connectivity, container platforms and infrastructure services
Sparring partner of the internal CISO and participation in the further development of the cyber security strategy and the technological security architecture

What you bring with you:
Broad experience as an IT engineer, ideally in the areas of Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, cloud technologies, IT infrastructure or platform engineering
Enjoyment in tackling demanding topics in cooperation with partners and developing convincing solutions
Enthusiasm and affinity for topics such as cloud technology, IT security, IT architectures as well as efficient and performant data management
Enjoyment in dealing with and high communication skills with providers and employees at different levels
Several years of experience in leading IT projects and an independent, structured, goal- and solution-oriented way of working
Experience in the banking, financial services or regulated IT environment is an advantage
Confident communication and correspondence in German
