Approximately 270 employees daily accompany more than 250 residents with great professional competence, humanity, and commitment. As part of the strategic development, the new position of Head of Hotel Management & Gastronomy is being filled on a permanent basis. As a member of the management, you assume overall responsibility for the areas of kitchen, housekeeping, cafeteria, and technical service, and decisively influence the future development of the organization. Tasks You lead a sector of approximately 50 employees via the respective sector managers and coherently develop the services in hotel management and gastronomy. With your management team, you create efficient processes, promote quality standards, and develop service-oriented offerings that meet both the needs of the residents and the economic requirements of the company. As a member of the management, you actively participate in strategic issues, assume co-responsibility for the development of the company, and work transversally on sustainable solutions. Requirements You have a solid professional training in hotel management, gastronomy, or housekeeping as well as several years of management experience. Ideally, you are familiar with the health sector or long-term care - what is decisive is your ability to lead people, to implement changes successfully, and to evolve organizations. You think entrepreneurially, act autonomously, and enjoy taking on responsibilities. As a personality, you will convince with your clear communication, your practical sense, and your ability to reconcile different interests. Experience at the management level is an advantage, but not an imperative condition.
