Develop perspectives with us as well - at SMS Concast AG in Winterthur, as Polymechaniker EFZ (m/f/d) 100% with responsibility for assembly and testing of special drives YOU ACT You manage our Service Station CONDRIVE® Spezialantrieb in Winterthur and bear the technical responsibility for the assembly, testing, and maintenance of our special drives. You plan, coordinate, and monitor the orders of the Service Station. You perform functional, performance, and acceptance tests on special drives. You assemble and disassemble assemblies, components, and systems. You procure the necessary spare parts and consumables in coordination with purchasing and logistics. You update work plans, work instructions, and technical documentation of the Service Station Spezialantriebe. You support production operations, logistics, and work together with Engineering & Sales in Zürich. You ensure quality through measurements, tests, and the evaluation of measurement results and document them. You record feedback data on production quantities and manufacturing times in the ERP system. You support the ordering process and, if necessary, take over the procurement of materials and services. YOU KNOW Completed vocational training as Polymechaniker EFZ or comparable technical training. Several years of practical experience in assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering is an advantage. Very good understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing documents. Strong quality and safety awareness. Willingness to travel for occasional assignments at customers or other locations. Reliability, commitment, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills. Good German and English skills in spoken and written form. Good user knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office products. KOPAS training or the willingness to complete it.
