For the management of the Bachelor's programme in computer science, we are looking for a committed personality with strong leadership skills, who will develop the study programme strategically and operationally. Your tasks • Overall responsibility for the Bachelor's programme in computer science • Strategic, professional, didactic and operational management as well as development of the programme in accordance with the school's strategy • Ensuring quality, curriculum development and the smooth running of studies • Positioning the programme on the market and maintaining and developing relationships with industry, schools and other partners • Promoting a positive student experience and a dynamic programme community • Responsibility for the budget, resources and the achievement of objectives • Management, promotion and development of staff and teachers • Close collaboration with institutes, study programmes and other departments of the Haute école d-informatique • Active contributions to teaching and, if applicable, to research Your profile : • University degree in computer science or a related field, ideally with a doctorate • Several years of professional, project management and leadership experience • Passion for teaching as well as for collaboration with students, staff and external partners • Ideally experience in university or curriculum development • Integrative, communicative and innovative personality with strategic thinking and a desire to shape • Very good knowledge of German and English • University didactic qualification or the willingness to acquire it We offer A versatile management position with a high degree of autonomy in an innovative university environment as well as the possibility to contribute sustainably to computer science education at the FHNW.
