To strengthen our production, we are looking for a motivated Production Employee Machining Day/Evening Shift (m/w/d), 100% Your varied tasks: • Setting up and operating 2-spindle CNC lathes • Checking, measuring and documenting quality • Deputy shift leader in case of absence • Carrying out and monitoring productions, including sampling and initiating corrective measures • General production work such as refilling raw materials, removing finished parts, disposing of chips and residual materials • Independent maintenance and cleaning of production machines, as well as setup and environment • Shift operation with weekly change, day and evening shifts You bring: • Completed mechanical vocational training as a polymechanic / production mechanic / mechanic practitioner or several years of experience in operating CNC machining machines • Ability to read and understand production documents and technical drawings • Experience in operating and applying measuring and testing equipment • Good German language skills in word and writing • Sense of duty and reliability • High quality awareness and flexibility • Independent and precise way of working • Teamwork and enjoyment of collaboration Become part of a strong team!
