We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 84’000 to CHF 94’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. What you can achieve. • You record requirements from HR and the business units in a structured manner and advise internal stakeholders competently and in a solution-oriented way. • Together with the specialist departments, you develop pragmatic, customer-specific solutions based on HR data and ensure consistent results through analysis and linking of the HR data landscape. • Through the targeted use of existing systems and tools, you interpret and plausibilize data and make it reliably usable. • You prepare data and translate it into understandable insights for different target groups. • With Microsoft 365 tools, you develop flexible, demand-oriented solutions for the HR context. What you bring with you. • You bring a suitable professional background, e.g., in BWL, business informatics, HR, or controlling, and have experience in data-based work, ideally in the HR environment. • Very strong Excel skills as well as a solid basic understanding of databases and data structures form the basis of your analytical work. • You work confidently with M365, especially Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate. • Solution-oriented, structured, and pragmatic thinking as well as the ability to critically analyze and question data characterize you. • You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and ideally have good knowledge of French and Italian.
