We are looking for a Vocational Trainer Nursing who professionally leads the practical training of our apprentices and students, strengthens the team in educational topics, and acts as a professional and pedagogical point of contact. At the same time, you are part of our Shared Governance team and actively participate in the further development of the ward. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees commit themselves daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your Mission • You plan, structure, and accompany the practical training of apprentices and students and support them specifically in their learning process • You conduct competence and qualification discussions and ensure a clear, comprehensible learning development • You are the first point of contact for educational topics in Thoracic Surgery and create a motivating, learning-promoting environment in the team • You participate in projects, working groups, and development processes, especially in educational and quality development • You actively work in thoracic surgical patient care and are a professional role model in everyday clinical life What characterizes you? • Dipl.
