For Haus Neuhegi in the Winterthur region, we are looking for, as of now or by arrangement, a Healthcare Specialist EFZ 80-100% Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver • Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompanying doctor's visits • Taking over daily responsibility • Taking over tasks as a subject matter expert for a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Independent assumption of responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift Your profile • Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of diverse challenges • Good German skills in spoken and written language Why Tertianum?
