Telecom Project Manager

What you can make move. • As a Project Manager, you will actively participate in construction or change projects within our unit, primarily in Romandie, but also in close contact with other regions. • You will manage a portfolio of projects consisting of varied themes in the Telecom field, for example projects of new technical buildings, line automations, ETCS projects (non-exhaustive list). • Your projects will contribute to the extension of the offering and to the maintenance of the availability of national rail traffic until 2050 and beyond.  • You direct and process regional and supra-regional projects as well as national deployments in the railway environment, focusing on telematics.  • You manage and coordinate the methodological aspects of the project throughout its phases, from the study to the commissioning.  • In addition, you actively exchange with colleagues from across the organization in order to move forward together and to develop pragmatic solutions.  What you bring. • You work with initiative, adopt an entrepreneurial and interdisciplinary approach, and are solution-oriented.  • An excellent communicator, you know how to unite various interlocutors around common objectives and enjoy working in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments.  • Whether you have initial experience or a solid professional background, the essential part is that you desire to assume responsibilities and work autonomously. You have technical knowledge in electricity, telematics or construction, ideally in a railway context, as well as experience in project management.  • For this position, you have completed a higher professional education (University, HES, EPF) or a training deemed equivalent, ideally completed by in-depth training in project management (IPMA B certification would be an advantage).  • You master French, an intermediate level in German (from level B1) would be an important asset.   • Even if you do not meet all the requirements or if you have additional qualifications and experiences not explicitly mentioned, we look forward to receiving your application.
