The ENDO-Team is an independent practice within the clinic and specializes in orthopedic surgery and traumatology. YOUR TASKS ## • Organization and accompaniment of the consultations of the assigned doctor and for the team • Full administrative support for the assigned doctor such as preparation of consultation documents, medical histories, findings, and referrals • Billing of the outpatient consultations • Finalizing and sending, sometimes also writing, medical reports and general correspondence YOUR PROFILE ## • A completed training as Medizinische/r Praxisassistent*in or Arztsekretär*in with several years of professional experience • Organizational talent with a winning appearance and high service orientation towards patients as well as reliability, commitment, and flexibility • Profound PC and very good language skills (German native language, other national languages as well as English are an advantage) • Confident writing of reports and correspondence using medical terminology A modern workplace within the Hirslanden Klinik Birshof awaits you.
