Our shares are traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX: MEDX). www.medmix.swiss Job Description ## Your Role As an HR Service Specialist, you are the central hub for all administrative HR processes and an important point of contact for employees and managers. With your experience in SAP, time management and HR administration, you ensure that our processes in the demanding production environment always function precisely, efficiently and in a service-oriented manner. At the same time, you can expect a highly motivated team that works together in a partnership, communicates openly and tackles things together. Your areas of focus: Personnel Administration • Independent execution of the entire personnel administration as well as coordination with external service providers • Management and maintenance of electronic personnel files • Creation of contracts, agreements and employment certificates • Processing of work and residence permits and ensuring location permits • Point of contact for employees and managers on administrative HR topics Time Management & Reporting • Responsibility for time management in the shift model incl. maintenance and control of working time data in SAP • Compliance with labor law requirements when mapping shift models and absences • Execution of the monthly closing and creation of working time reports • Creation of HR statistics and reports Additional Responsibilities • Coordination and administration of temporary employees • Support in processing accident and sickness reports • Participation in HR projects as well as organization of training and training sessions • Shaping of operational health management and promotion of compliance with EHS guidelines Qualifications ## Your Profile • Commercial training with HR further education (e.g. HR assistance) • Several years of experience as an HR Service Specialist, ideally in an industrial company • Experience with time management systems in shift operation is an advantage • Very good SAP skills • Structured, accurate and reliable way of working with high service orientation • Communication strength and enjoyment of dealing with people • Very good German and good English skills Additional Information ## medmix is an employer that offers equal opportunities and is committed to the strength of a diverse workforce.
