Employee: Finance & Controlling In this versatile function, you will independently manage the financial accounting of your own group companies and be an important point of contact for financial issues. With your business management expertise, you ensure that our figures provide a reliable basis for informed decisions. Your tasks In this versatile function, you will be responsible for the financial accounting of several group companies and contribute to a reliable financial basis for our company with your careful work. You will be part of a finance team and report directly to the Head of Finance & Controlling. You will independently manage your group companies and accompany them throughout the entire financial process - including asset accounting, debtors to closing work. You will carefully check, post and pay creditor invoices on time. You will participate in quarterly and annual closures and bring your experience actively into the closing work. You will create VAT returns for Switzerland and ensure correct and timely processing. You will support Controlling in reporting, evaluations and business management analyses and can develop further in this direction if you are interested. You will be the point of contact for internal departments on questions related to financial processes. You will bring ideas for optimizing and digitizing our financial processes and actively shape improvements. You have a commercial basic training as well as further education in the field of finance, accounting or business administration. You have experience in financial accounting and are familiar with creditors, debtors, general ledger, VAT and account reconciliations. Initial experience with quarterly or annual closures is an advantage. You are interested in business management contexts and want to understand and actively shape financial processes, not just process them. You work independently, precisely and in a structured manner. You handle numbers and confidential information reliably, discreetly and responsibly. You communicate safely in German. Good English skills are an advantage. You work safely with MS Office, especially Excel, and quickly find your way in new systems. SAP experience is a plus.
