Head of Finance Municipality Your responsibility You lead the Finance department professionally and organizationally. You are responsible for the financial and accounting systems of the residents' and local citizens' municipality. You prepare the budget, annual financial statements, and financial planning, and accompany tax collection. You prepare comprehensible decision-making bases for the municipal council and administration. You look after the insurance portfolio as well as IT. You mentor apprentices in their training and provide support in the telephone and counter service if required. Your competencies You have professional experience in the municipal finance sector. Ideally, you possess the CAS Öffentliches Gemeinwesen Stufe II with Fachkompetenz Finanzfachleute Aargau or a comparable further education. You work independently, reliably, and responsibly. You maintain an overview even with diverse topics and changing priorities. You communicate clearly, act with commitment, and enjoy working with different stakeholders. You appreciate pragmatic solutions and a collegial environment with short decision-making paths.
