For our customer, a leading Swiss energy service provider, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, for a large construction site, a: Service Technician 100% Your area of responsibility: • You independently carry out service orders with a focus on Customer Field Services in the greater Bern-Basel area • Rectification of technical faults, e.g., in the areas of telephony, internet, and TV for private and business customers • You install and set up telecommunications and TV services at the customer's site • Support with Switzerland-wide rollouts of IT infrastructures • You offer a 24/7 service for Sunrise, Business Link, and Swisscom to ensure that customers receive support at all times (on-call services) Your profile: • Completed technical EFZ/EBA training or comparable qualification • Training as an electrical installer or assembly electrician with basic knowledge in the ICT sector is an advantage • You are resilient and used to working independently in a dynamic team. • Service-oriented thinking suits you and you enjoy approaching customers • You have good German language skills. French language skills and experience in fiber optic splicing are considered a plus.
