Collaborator Back Office Bank - Securities (M/F)

Apply About the role ## Within a specialized team, you ensure the operational management of the securities flow. You play a pivotal role in coordinating actions between advisors and counterparties to guarantee an excellent service. Tasks ## Ensure rigorous management of the securities life cycle, from order reception to final settlement of banking transactions. • Manage deliveries and receptions of securities in their entirety. • Process free-of-charge orders transmitted by advisors. • Ensure the passing on of fees related to transfers. • Coordinate activities with various counterparties. • Accompany advisors in monitoring transfers and specific requests. • Monitor the settlement of transactions to ensure their completion. • Manage pending issues and support the activity of the Back Office Securities and funds. We are looking for ## • Initial experience in bank back-office in securities • Mastery of SWIFT messages and knowledge of Fitax and GTMatch tools • Professional English An asset if you possess • In-depth knowledge of reconciliation software To succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows: • Ability to demonstrate initiative and autonomy • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity • Good relational sense   Our recruitment process ## This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work and our client wishes that all questions concerning the position be addressed to Academic Work.
