Polymechaniker/in - CNC Production with High Degree of Autonomy

Activity + Programming, setting up and optimizing modern turning-milling processing centers (e.g. DMG MORI NTX) + Independent processing of demanding workpieces according to drawings and specifications + Production of small series (approx. 5–75 pieces) with high quality requirements + Ongoing optimization of CNC programs and processing processes + Autonomous inspection of manufactured parts according to inspection planning + Ensuring process stability, repeatability and part quality + Active participation in improving production processes + Responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance and ensuring the technical operational readiness of the systems + Collaboration on optimization projects and industrialization of new products + Support during commissioning of new machines • Requirements + Completed training as a polymechanician or equivalent + Several years of experience on complex turning-milling processing centers (ideally 5-axis) + In-depth experience in CNC programming (ideally TopSolid) + Confident reading and implementation of technical drawings + Pronounced quality awareness and precise work + Structured and solution-oriented approach + Interest in optimization and new technologies + Teamwork and reliability + German language skills in word and writing, English language skills an advantage • Offer + Scope for design and high degree of autonomy + State-of-the-art machine park and high technological standard + A competent, experienced team with open cooperation + Short decision-making paths and flexible working hours + Continuous investments in technology and organization + Future prospects in the innovative MedTech industry
