As part of new projects in the Bern, Basel, and French-speaking Switzerland regions, we want to strengthen our team by recruiting a committed and practice-oriented Architect / Planner. Your responsibilities • You ensure the coordination and overall vision of project planning • You are responsible for developing pre-project, authorization, and execution plans using the BIM environment (Revit), in compliance with applicable laws • You work closely with specialists in supporting structures, building technology (CVC/HVAC), electricity, as well as with project and site management • You apply standardized construction details in a targeted manner and ensure coordination with German-speaking and French-speaking partners Your profile • Diploma in architecture or technical drafter training (CFC/EFZ) or equivalent • Desired professional experience of around 3 years in a similar function • Mastery of CAD/BIM tools (notably Revit) as well as collaborative platforms (BIM 360 / ACC) and presentation software • Excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written • Structured working method, constructive spirit, creativity, and solution-oriented approach • Team spirit and pragmatic approach (hands-on) What we offer you • Attractive employment conditions with performance-related remuneration • A modern and flexible work model (4 to 4.5 days a week - FLEX-Friday) • 25 days of vacation per year • Advantageous social benefits (meal participation, childcare contribution, etc.) • Opportunities for professional and personal development (internal training campus) Interested?
