As a Data Incident Manager and SOC Analyst, you ensure that confidential information is effectively protected. In doing so, you combine modern security solutions with analytical thinking and make a decisive contribution to the information security of USZ. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees commit themselves every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • You are responsible for the establishment, operation, and further development of our Data Loss Prevention solution (DLP solutions). • In the Security Operations Center (SOC), you analyze and process data incidents as well as security events. • You evaluate DLP alarms regarding risks, initiate suitable measures, and accompany their implementation. • Through the continuous optimization of DLP detection, you reduce data leakage risks and false alarms. • Together with Information Security, Data Protection, Compliance, and IT, you develop effective security solutions. • With your participation in the on-call service, you ensure DLP and SOC operations also outside of office hours. Your profile • Preferably, you have a degree from a Higher Vocational School (HF) or a Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science • Sound experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, or Security Operations • Deep understanding of networks, operating systems, information systems, and data transmission • Knowledge of relevant data protection regulations (DSG, DSGVO and ideally IDG) • Ideally, you have scripting or programming skills and bring experience in areas such as Digital Forensics, malware analysis, or Threat Intelligence.
