To support the Product Management team, we are looking for a committed and motivated person as Senior Product Manager Hardware (100 %) Your tasks Operational responsibility for the hardware range (Office & Commercial Print) throughout the entire product life cycle Market launch of new devices and services in close coordination with internal and external partners Development and implementation of pricing and conditions strategies Creation and maintenance of article and configuration data in ERP, CRM, and other systems Creation of sales and product documents as well as conducting training sessions and workshops Escalation management for product, quality, and delivery problems Co-design of the range strategy and further development of the hardware portfolio Definition of product positioning, target groups, and differentiation Conducting market and competitor analyses as well as deriving recommendations for action Identification of market potential and new business areas Support in bid management when creating complex offers, tenders, and large projects Assistance in budgeting, analysis of sales statistics, and monitoring the profitability of the managed portfolio including forecasts Your profile Higher technical or commercial education (HF/FH) or equivalent professional experience Further training in product management, marketing, or project management is an advantage Several years of experience in product management of hardware/print solutions or in a comparable function Knowledge of the print, MFP, and commercial printing market; understanding of MPS, output management, and device lifecycle topics Experience with ERP and CRM systems and secure handling of MS Office Basic knowledge of data analysis (QlikView or Power BI) German fluent in word and writing, English good in word and writing (knowledge of Swiss German is an advantage) Willingness to travel of around 10% within Switzerland including site visits, customer appointments, as well as supplier and industry events; driver's license category B.
