Your profile Experience You bring several years of experience as a Childcare Specialist in a Tagesstruktur or a Kita. Personality You possess high social competence, work in a team-oriented manner, are cooperative and flexible. In addition, you are resilient, can assert yourself in difficult situations, and are happy to take on responsibility in everyday life. Education You must have a degree as a Fachperson Betreuung Kinder EFZ. For foreign diplomas, equivalence must be present. Language Very good German skills in speaking and writing are mandatory. Other languages are an advantage.
