The Lindt & Sprüngli (Schweiz) AG is a subsidiary of the global Lindt & Sprüngli Group with its headquarters and production site in Kilchberg on Lake Zurich. In Altendorf, we operate our own logistics center, while the Lindt Cocoa Center in Olten produces cocoa mass for our own needs as well as for other European production sites. What you do with us: You welcome our guests with a lot of charm and provide competent information about the degustation products as well as the topics of our exhibition. You represent the Lindt brand in a confident manner and, as a Maître Chocolatier, contribute to the special atmosphere in the Lindt Chocolate Experience. You create unforgettable moments by handing over guest gifts and standing by our guests' side for personal souvenir photos. You always keep an overview and ensure a smooth process. Optionally, you also support us in the Lindt Shop or at the Welcome Desk and accompany our guests from ticket purchase to individual consultation with the highest service standards. If you fit in with us: You have completed vocational training (e.g., in gastronomy, hotel industry, retail, tourism, or similar). You speak very good German and English and appear sovereign when dealing with international guests - additional languages are a plus. You have a pronounced pleasure in guest contact, convince with a warm and well-groomed appearance, and always keep an overview, even in lively situations. You identify with premium chocolate, have a pronounced sense of detail, and approach people with great pleasure. You are flexible (Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 20:00). We are all unique!
