Team Leader Mechanical Engineering (w/m/d) What appeals to you Personnel and technical responsibility for a team of around 6-10 people in the mechanical development area. With your technical expertise, you support the successful setup and launch of new development projects. In projects and reviews, you actively accompany your team, bring in your expertise, and support solution-oriented approaches to technical challenges. Together with the R&D Hardware Management Team, you work on the further development of our organization (such as competence management or process development). You ensure efficient collaboration with relevant interfaces, especially with production, service, procurement, and quality. In close cooperation with production and procurement, you contribute to the development and implementation of global supplier and production strategies. Additionally, you maintain close contact with internal and external partners (e.g., other divisions, basic development teams, universities, or engineering service providers) and initiate and develop possible cooperations. What characterizes you University degree in mechanical engineering, system technology, or a comparable field of study. Several years of experience in mechanical product development with a thorough understanding of the transfer of products into series production. You have several years of experience in leading a line or project team with a pronounced interest in supporting and developing employees. Enthusiasm for technical topics and their further development, even without direct responsibility in innovation projects. You are able to combine your technical knowledge with economic aspects and make the best possible entrepreneurial decisions. Self-reliant, reflective, and empathetic personality with high self-responsibility. Very good communication skills in German (native language level) and English (W+S).
