Your field of activity ### • In this versatile position, you will assume technical and organizational responsibility for the secretariats of Medical Diagnostics, the Central Physician Secretariat (ZAS), Emergency, and Anesthesia. In doing so, you will lead and promote a committed team of a total of 11 employees and bear responsibility for their personnel and professional development. • You are responsible for the organization and coordination of the outpatient clinics in the fields of gastroenterology, cardiology, and infectiology and, together with your two team colleagues, ensure smooth planning of outpatient and inpatient patient appointments. • Together with your team, you will undertake all administrative tasks and are an important point of contact for our patients. You ensure a friendly and professional patient reception and actively contribute to organizational processes and their continuous further development in a solution-oriented manner and with foresight. Your experience ### • You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Healthcare Specialist and bring several years of professional experience in a comparable environment. • You are an organizational talent and are characterized by a structured, reliable, and independent way of working. Thanks to your strong communication skills, your high social competence, and your appreciative manner, you succeed in motivating and promoting employees and leading them confidently even in demanding situations. • You enjoy taking responsibility, making decisions with foresight, and enjoy developing your team together and actively helping to shape changes.
