What awaits you Care and monitoring of buildings, technical systems and outdoor facilities Contact person for customers, users and external service providers Coordination and accompaniment of suppliers, craftsmen and technicians Execution as well as organization of maintenance and repair work Support during moves, conversions and renovation projects Control of the infrastructure and ensuring flawless building condition Monitoring and documentation of services Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards What you bring with you Completed manual or technical basic training Technical understanding and interest in building technology Driver's license Cat.
