As part of our HR team, we are looking for a committed personality, starting immediately or by arrangement, who will take responsibility for complex case management in this versatile role, advise managers, and actively develop our case management. Tasks You develop and design a holistic, in-house case management system that focuses on reintegration, prevention, and long-term ability to work. You actively and individually accompany employees with long-term absences, from the first report to a successful return, and ensure that measures are implemented in a targeted, legally secure, and appreciative manner. You advise and strengthen managers and teams in dealing with stress, absence, and reintegration, including joint return interviews and constructive communication support. Together with your colleague, you are the central contact person for all questions regarding case management, reintegration, labor law, and coordination with internal (HR, BGM) and external partners (CM Stadt Zürich, insurance companies, specialist agencies, doctors). You work with your BGM colleagues to further develop processes, standards, and digital or documentary instruments that sustainably increase the quality and transparency of case management. You actively coordinate and shape the cooperation with the HR Advisory team and the BGM team to utilize synergies, avoid duplicate work, and establish a coherent support network. Profile You have a background in psychology, social work, health sciences, or a comparable discipline. You bring experience in case management, early intervention, or a comparable role, ideally in the healthcare sector or an institutional environment. You deal confidently and empathically with people in challenging life situations. You have experience in working with managers and know how to empower them without taking responsibility away from them. You are familiar with multiprofessional environments and move confidently between different professional and subcultures. A CAS in Case Management is an advantage; knowledge of mediation is a plus.
