PROFA, recognized public utility foundation A sexual health specialist 40% to 50% PROFA, a foundation recognized as being of public utility by the State of Vaud, offers spaces for discussion in the field of intimacy throughout the territory of the canton. The Service de Promotion et de Prévention en Santé sexuelle Jeunesse \- PSJ (formerly Service d'éducation sexuelle) intervenes with students in the canton of Vaud under the mandate of the Département de la Jeunesse, de l'Environnement et de la Sécurité (DJES). In this context, the Direction Générale de l'Enfance et de la Jeunesse (DGEJ), via the PSPS Unit, entrusts the PROFA Foundation with its entire mission regarding sexual health promotion and prevention. Position to be filled \- Fixed-term contract (CDD) 1 year (project): A sexual health specialist 40% to 50% General missions of the position: Lead promotion and prevention interventions in sexual health for compulsory school students (DGEO) and post-compulsory students (DGEP) in the canton of Vaud. Lead information evenings for parents and awareness sessions for professionals in the school environment. Required training, skills and experience: Must hold a CAS or DAS in sexual and reproductive health (or a degree deemed equivalent), indispensable. Share a positive, non-judgmental and inclusive vision of sexuality. Basic legal knowledge regarding child protection and sexuality laws. (Protection of minors, age of sexual consent, pregnancy, interruption of pregnancy). Experience in education, health promotion and group animation according to active pedagogy. Knowledge of the Vaudois school environments (PSPS Unit, Plan d’études romand). Creativity and dynamism. Good capacity for reflection, listening, empathy and exchange. Ability to guarantee a framework ensuring safety and confidentiality. Ability to adapt, flexibility and autonomy in travel. Possess a personal vehicle or a mobility solution allowing you to move freely throughout the canton.
