In this function, you will participate actively and responsibly in managing the following tasks: Your areas of responsibility and tasks: In the absence of the Head of Wet Production, you bear the responsibility for wet production (technology, QA, and processes) and ensure a smooth production flow of the convenience production through optimal processes and control You monitor work performance and quality and the productive functionality throughout the entire wet production, especially in cooperation with the shift management and the executing staff of the convenience production, to meet all specified requirements You are in daily, personal contact with the employees of the wet production department, supporting the training in general personnel and production hygiene, the use of work aids, as well as in the correct handling of the specified work processes If necessary, you work actively in production. You monitor and optimize the cleaning plans in cooperation with the Head of Wet Production and Quality Assurance You continuously strive for general process optimizations in cooperation with the production management team. You lead projects affecting the production area and support the evaluation and procurement of new equipment You consistently comply with quality standards as well as hygiene and safety regulations. You participate in the regular group leader meetings as a deputy Your profile You must have higher education in the food sector (e.g., Dipl. Lebensmitteltechniker:in HF), in addition to several years of professional experience in food production (specifically in the convenience area) as well as leadership experience.
