Your tasks Reception and care of our patients on-site in Basel Appointment coordination and telephone management Support of the doctors in diagnostics Performance of lung function tests, blood sampling and other MPA-typical activities Preparation and follow-up of the consultation rooms Administrative tasks regarding medical history and correspondence Interface between on-site operations and our telemedicine services What you bring Friendly, professional appearance and enjoyment of service to the patient Completed training as Medical Practice Assistant EFZ (or equivalent) Initial professional experience is an advantage, career starters are also welcome Very good German skills, other languages (English, French, Italian, etc.) are an advantage Confident handling of practice software and digital tools Independent, reliable way of working and team spirit What we offer Employment at 80%-100% 30 vacation days per year (pro rata at 80%) Practice closed between Christmas and New Year Modern workplace in Zug, easily accessible Collegial team and flat hierarchies Team events and shared lunches Exciting environment at the interface between classic medicine and telemedicine Interested?
