1 General scope of tasks, objective The Office Mitarbeiter is responsible for cleaning the pots, the inserts, the dishes, the cutlery and the glasses. Furthermore, he is responsible for cleaning the toilets, the cold storage rooms and for the complete office area. 2 Main tasks/main responsibility – During and after peak times, he is responsible for washing up – Execution of all cleaning work of the premises according to the work plan and/or as required – Emptying and transporting the waste containers for disposal, carrying out general tasks such as watering plants and small maintenance work – The cleaning of the guest and staff toilets – Cleaning and preparing the salads are among his primary tasks in the morning 3 Competencies You have basic knowledge of the language of the working canton or the English language. You possess basic knowledge of cleaning agents and their application. You know how to use kitchen gloves, dishwashers and cleaning sponges. Hygiene and health standards, as well as accident prevention, are a matter of course for you.
