Specialist Workplace System Construction (100%) Do you want to not only assemble, but create workplaces that make everyday production easier, more efficient, and more ergonomic? What you will do Construction, manufacture, and assembly of workplace systems (assembly workstations, material trolleys, shelving systems, lighting, etc.) according to LEAN and 5S principles Close cooperation with design, testing workshop, testing technology, as well as internal and external partners Mechanical processing of various materials (cutting, drilling, assembling) Coordination of orders, deadlines, and coordination with internal customers and suppliers Creation of operating instructions, safety documentation, and calculation of weight loads Analysis and optimization of workplaces, material flows, and storage processes in the sense of LEAN and 5S Support during internal moves as well as during the commissioning and decommissioning of workplace systems Participation in projects for the planning, procurement, and administration of workplace systems and BOSCH components while complying with occupational safety and health protection guidelines Who you are Completed basic technical training (e.g., polymechanic, designer, automation technician, metalworker, or plant/apparatus builder), ideally with further training at HF level in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or automation Several years of professional experience in a technical environment Sound experience in aluminum profile system construction Good CAD knowledge Further training in Lean Production and project management is an advantage Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills Cooperative, helpful, and open personality with assertiveness Team-oriented, responsible, as well as proactive and innovative way of working Who we are At Belimo, we are focused on making our company a rewarding place to work.
