Your tasks: Evaluation of FE/BE process capabilities, identification of gaps and development of solutions with cross-functional teams Definition of critical process parameters (CTQ/CTF/CTP) and implementation of optimizations to increase yield, throughput and lead time Leading the introduction of new FE/BE process flows, including MES setup, Control Plans, data collection and OCAP Establishment and monitoring of statistical controls (CL/SL, CpK, Yield) as well as leading interdisciplinary teams with a focus on process and yield improvement Resolving FE/BE production problems, leading 8D / Root Cause task forces, providing technical analyses and documentation, supporting transfer and product ramp-up as well as promoting an effective safety culture Your profile: Master's degree (or higher) in physics, electrical engineering, chemistry or materials science Broad understanding of FE/BE semiconductor manufacturing processes Strong skills in metrology and failure analysis as well as experience with test and destructive/non-destructive analysis methods (experience in wafer manufacturing is an advantage) Confident handling of databases and information systems for the analysis of process capability and specification compliance Experienced in SPC, DOE, data-driven problem solving as well as familiar with MES/ERP in a regulated production environment Ability to multitask and willingness to work under pressure; German language skills are an advantage What awaits you: Exciting tasks in a world-leading high-tech company near Luzern Fantastic infrastructure and first-class office environment with mountain views Brand new cleanroom and modern equipment Small company with the opportunity to actively shape and exert influence Wide range of tasks, diverse responsibilities and collaboration with excellent professionals Attractive continuing education opportunities and a variety of employee benefits jpida804f6fjm jit0832jm jiy26jm
