What you achieve In addition to the operational daily business, you lead a motivated team of 17 Pharma-Assistants / Pharmacy Technicians in all personnel and professional matters and create an appreciative and positive working atmosphere in which everyone can contribute and develop further. You have the overall overview and coordinate the team in hectic situations. You ensure a good balance between the needs of the team and the requirements of the operation. You contribute ideas, question existing processes, and actively help shape improvements. You work closely with nursing, doctors, and other specialist departments and are an important contact person within the hospital. You participate in projects, quality initiatives, as well as the further development of our hospital pharmacy. What characterizes you You have completed training as a Pharmacy Technician EFZ or Pharma-Assistant EFZ and have several years of professional experience in a pharmacy, ideally in a hospital environment. Leadership experience is a big plus – it is important to us that you can inspire, promote, and engage people. You enjoy working with people and taking on responsibility. Organizational talent, initiative, and a solution-oriented way of thinking are central qualities of yours. You are a positive, open personality with good communication skills and have an interest in further developing processes and helping to shape changes.
