Your new tasks • Participation in the sales phase: contractual and financial aspects • Verification and opening of new projects in internal tools • Active management of opportunities and risks with the Project Manager • Co-responsibility for Contract and Claim Management (external negotiations, claims, Change-Orders, correspondence, SIA 118 standards) • Financing of transactions: establishment of financial situations, editing of invoices and monitoring of payments • Ensures FRG/accounting compliance and data quality in tools • Organization and animation of project review sessions • Financial analysis and KPIs in collaboration with the PM • Establishment of specific reports and presentation to management • Competence in project closure Your talents and experience • Holder of a university degree in management, commerce or equivalent training • Solid experience in leading complex commercial projects is required • Mastery of project management tools as well as common digital tools • In-depth knowledge of business development and commercial strategies is essential • Excellent organizational ability, autonomy and team spirit demonstrated • Perfect mastery of French and good knowledge of English • German would be a serious asset • Open-mindedness towards new technologies: AI, ...
