Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Ensure the maintenance and optimization of the internal control system (ICS) from a methodological and organizational perspective • Define the ICS requirements for business processes relevant from a financial perspective and coordinate them with business process management • Provide support in the implementation of ICS control tools and procedures and verify their correct application • Provide support to the Executive Board and management areas as the second line of defense through procedures, organizational processes, and modeling tools • Act as the interlocutor for all matters relating to the ICS within the administrative unit and in relations with external services • Undertake special tasks in the field of controlling and risk management <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Higher professional education in the fields of finance and accounting or equivalent training • Several years of professional experience in financial and process management as well as in-depth knowledge in the ICS sector • Knowledge in project and process management as well as agile methods; experience in using modeling tools such as Innovator or Bpanda is a preferential qualification • Good knowledge of SAP financial modules and the Confederation's modeling methodology (MMB) • Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as high autonomy and a strong team spirit • Good knowledge of two official languages <br /> In summary You take responsibility exactly where it matters most: between strategy and practice, shaping an internal control system in which the entire administrative unit places its trust.
