For our Stratégie & Planification department, we are looking for, for an indefinite duration contract and an immediate or to be agreed start date, a Planning Project Manager (m/f) 100% Your mission • Lead integration projects for business tools and actively participate in the planning of transport services and resources Your main tasks • Manage integration projects for business tools (notably the service production chain and the electric bus charging management system) • Guarantee the consistency, completeness and flow of data between the different systems of the department • Participate in the establishment of the planning of transport services (mobility concepts, timetables) and resources (human and vehicles) • Prepare, transmit and publish the business documents necessary for the management and operation of the services • Propose automation measures and interpret statistics with a view to optimizing the services Your profile • Higher education in transport engineering, or CFC in the field of TP completed by solid experience • Professional experience in project management and in a public transport company • Certifying training in project management (HERMES, IPMA, PMI or equivalent), an asset • Knowledge of a scheduling/graphing software (e.g. DIVA) and TP industry standards, an asset • Mastery of standard IT tools • Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills and communicative abilities, you are capable of leading a project and mobilizing interlocutors without a hierarchical link, with persuasiveness and empathy • Rigorous, methodical and solution-oriented, you are a true agent of change capable of managing priorities and resisting stress • You possess an excellent team spirit, a great capacity for adaptation and demonstrate proactivity • You are a trustworthy, discreet and reliable person We offer you • A human-sized company, in full evolution • New challenges to meet within a dynamic and motivated team • Attractive remuneration and working conditions The Head of the Resource Planning service, Monsieur Marcos Tavares - tel. 021 989 18 28, will gladly provide you with any additional information.
